Incident at PEACE RIVER AB (CYPE)

Summary

2005-06-20: UPDATE Maintenance and Manufacturing reported that the owner looked in his records and could not find anything regarding radio failures. He has had subsequent flights with no problems. One must assume that he either did not have the correct frequency selected or he didn't call on the MF.
2005-02-24: C-GNXX, a Piper Arrow, was on a VFR flight from Slave Lake to Peace River when the aircraft's radio failed. The pilot was not able to have 2-way radio communication with Peace River FSS. FSS could not hear the pilot's calls on the MF.
