Summary

2005-02-21: REBEL 39, a military C-130 Hercules, was VFR at 5,500 feet departing Winnipeg en route to Gillam when the crew advised they received a TCAS/RA and descended accordingly. They were advised that the only traffic in the vicinity was a northbound IFR flight climbing through 11,500 feet, 8 miles west of REBEL 39.
