Summary

2005-02-18: The Kelowna Flightcraft Air Charter Ltd. Boeing 727, C-GACU, departed Winnipeg on a scheduled flight to Saskatoon. On departure from Winnipeg, when the flaps were retracted, the amber leading edge device light remained illuminated. The crew performed troubleshooting procedures, with no success, and the flight subsequently returned to Winnipeg. Company maintenance personnel replaced the slat actuator and the aircraft was returned to service.
