Summary

2005-02-17: C-GDFR, a Piper Navajo, flew from Grande Prairie to Peace River without flight alerting service. On departure from Grande Prairie, the pilot cancelled his IFR flight plan without any indication that the IFR flight plan was to be changed to VFR. On arrival at Grande Prairie, the pilot requested that his flight plan be closed.
