Incident at IQALUIT NU (CYFB)


2005-02-17: At 1825Z, the crew of the HS 748, FAB 822, advised that they were returning to Iqaluit due to a mechanical problem, no emergency declared. The flight landed on Runway 35 at 1842Z, without further incident.
2005-02-18: UPDATE Maintenance and Manufacturing reported that the Janitrol heater had failed. All temperature probes were replaced on the heater and following an overweight landing inspection, the aircraft was returned to service.
