Incident at REGINA INTL SK (CYQR)

Summary

2005-03-02: UPDATE TSB reported that the Air Canada Jazz, DeHavilland DHC-8-102 aircraft, C-GJIC, was on a scheduled flight from Regina to Winnipeg. During the takeoff roll, an engine 'low oil pressure' caution light flickered. The crew rejected the takeoff at an airspeed of greater than 80 knots. The aircraft returned to the gate, where the crew checked the oil levels on each engine (PW120A). Two litres of oil were added to the No.2 engine. The aircraft subsequently departed without further difficulty.
2005-02-15: The crew of JZA 8344, a DHC-8 (C-GJIG), rejected their takeoff at Regina due to a cockpit warning light. The aircraft returned to the apron and off-loaded the passengers. The nature of the problem is not known.
