Summary

2005-03-17: UPDATE The Secord Snow Blower ignition system got wet from snow blowing back under the engine which caused the engine to fail. The vehicle was towed off of the runway 12 minutes after the occurrence. The snow blower was returned to service once the points were cleaned and dried out. This event did not cause any interruption of air traffic at Fort Smith.
2005-02-14: Fort Smith CARS reported that a vehicle had broken down on the runway at 2335Z and was removed at 2347Z.
