2005-02-11: The pilot of C-GEEB, a Cessna 177, was on a pipeline inspection when he was observed over the city of Edmonton at 2,900 to 3,000 feet ASL based on radar observation in an area where the a/c should have been at 3,200 to 3,300 feet to remain at least 1,000 feet above the build-up areas of the city.
