Summary

2005-02-24: UPDATE Aerodrome Safety reported that the runway was closed due to a combination of freezing rain and then a reversal of temperatures and heavy snow falls. The runway was NOTAMED closed via Peace River FSS. The runway was reopened on the 30th of January. There were no reported air traffic interruptions as a result of this event. Aircraft diverted to Peace River where passengers were driven to Red Earth Creek.
2005-01-31: The operator of Red Earth Creek airport advised that Ruwnway 12/30 would be closed until 05/01/29.
