Summary

2005-01-26: N7YA, a Cessna Citation, departed from Runway 10 at Calgary and was cleared to climb to 9,000 feet. The Controller observed the aircraft climbing through 9,200 feet and instructed the crew to descend to 9,000. The aircraft had reached an altitude of 9,400 feet. Separation was not in jeopardy with any other aircraft.
