Summary

2005-01-24: The pilot of the Piper Navajo, C-FZOW, filed an IFR flight plan from Prince Albert V353 YQV V302 VLR to Portage La Prairie at 7,000 feet as a /S. The Winnipeg ACC Controller issued the clearance to C-FZOW to maintain 7,000 feet, which is an altitude below the MEA of the V353 airway (11,000 feet) but above the MOCA.
