Incident at TALOYOAK NU (CYYH) (ATS operating irregularity)

Summary

2005-01-19: C-FMPN, a Pilatus PC-12, was on an IFR flight from Cambridge Bay to Iqaluit and an FSS Specialist at North Bay FSS received a clearance for the pilot, but transcribed a waypoint incorrectly. The incorrect waypoint was then relayed in the clearance to the aircraft. There was no confliction, but safety was not assured.
