Incident at IQALUIT NU (CYFB)

Summary

2014-12-02: Flight number changed from KFA 103 to KBA103.
2005-01-14: KFA 103, a Beech King Air 100, was taxiing for departure from Iqaluit and the crew had received a clearance when they advised FSS that they were leaving the runway due to mechanical problems and were cancelling their flight plan.
2005-03-21: UPDATE Maintenance and Manufacturing reported that while taxiing for departure the crew encountered to radio/navigation equipment problems: the #1 HSI would not slave and # 2 nav would not ident and the channel frequency selector was u/s; consequently, the flight was canceled. Maintenance checked the HSI and could not fault the unit, the #2 nav was deferred and the aircraft was returned to service.
