Incident at WINNIPEG / JAMES ARMSTRONG RICHARDSON INTL MB (CYWG)

Summary

2005-01-13: C-GBNE, a Cessna Citation 500, landed on Runway 31 at Winnipeg and the crew advised the Tower that they believed the a/c had a flat tire. After stopping on the runway, they were able to slowly taxi off the runway. C-GBNE was able to taxi back to the apron without assistance. AWI 547, a Canadair RJ inbound from Chicago, did one orbit on final before landing. No other aircraft were inconvenienced.
