Incident at CALGARY INTL AB (CYYC)

Summary

2005-01-12: UAL 1133, an A319, was inbound for Calgary from Denver and the aircraft's Flight Management System (FMS) was programmed for a VUCAN arrival for Runway 16, but the Flight Management Computer (FMC) started to fly the STAR for Runway 10. The crew reacted immediately and manually flew the correct procedure. Separation was maintained for all other aircraft.
