The flaps remained at zero, the QRH was actioned and a flapless landing was carried out. DMI raised to carry out a follow up inspection AD CF-98-14R3 within 72 hrs (3 days). Fault codes recorded 1-51B, 1-52A, 1-17-1A, 1-11-2B; bite test completed and passed, the flaps were function-tested and visually inspected as serviceable. 2005-01-12: JZA 8509, a Canadair RJ, was on approach at Edmonton when the crew reported a flap problem. They elected to hold while they attempted to correct the problem.
