Incident at CLYDE RIVER NU (CYCY) (ATS operating irregularity)

Summary

2005-01-05: AFL 323, a B767-300, was en route from Moscow to Seattle, when the Reykjavik Controller passed an incorrect estimate to Edmonton ACC for 60N/60W of 1853Z. The flight progressed 60N/60W at 1900Z. The Reykjavik Controller was aware of the crew's estimate of 1900Z thirty minutes earlier at 1832Z but did not pass the revised estimate to Edmonton. The Reykjavik ACC Shift Manager will conduct an investigation.
