Incident at GOOSE BAY NL (CYYR)


2005-11-29: KLM686, Boeing 747-400 enroute from Mexico (MMMX) to Amsterdam (EHAM) at approximately 0910Z, declared a Medical Emergency and requested to land at Goose Bay (CYYR). Aircraft dumped fuel 80 to 100 nm south of Goose Bay. Nature of the problem was a 40-year-old male with heart problems. Landed at 0959Z. Nil TSB.
