One of the broken studs was found at the bottom of the rocker cover and it is missing its locking tab. The # 4 cylinder's exhaust valve pushrod is also showing signs of scuffing and metal believed to be from the scuffed pushrod has been found in the oil filter. The # 4 cylinder is being removed for further investigation and repair as necessary. The company has also initiated action to locate the missing lock tab.
