2005-11-21: USA14, Boeing 767-200, enroute from Philadelphia (KPHL) to Munchen (EDDM), at position 20NM west of 49N050W, time 0350Z aircraft squawked code 7700 and began left turn towards Gander (CYQX) due to a medical emergency (passenger). No traffic. ATC cleared aircraft direct to Gander. Aircraft landed at time 0424Z without further incident. Nil TSB.
