Summary

2005-11-07: RCH6011, Lockheed C5, enroute from Ramstein (ETAR) to Dover (KDOV), at time 1659Z, approximate position 57N040W at 33,000 ft. declared an Emergency due to an engine problem. Requested lower and reduction in speed. Flight shut down the number 4 engine and requested to divert to CYQX (Gander). ATC cleared flight as requested. No traffic. At time 1840Z requested to proceed to KCEF (Westover AFB) at 28,000 ft. ATC cleared RCH6011 as requested. Nil TSB.
