Summary

2005-11-01: CFGWT AC90 departing St. Anthony reported Bird Strike at 5800 feet. Crew returned to St. Anthony and noted minor damage to the radome. Radome to be repaired or replaced. TSB Evaluating
2005-11-02: November 1, 2005. TSB advises that company will replace Radome, no further action with TSB. Wildlife staff are trying to identify what type of bird would likely be encountered at 5800 feet.
