Incident at POKEMOUCHE NB (CDA4)

Summary

2005-09-27: C-FIML, Cessna 310, enroute from Moncton (CYQM) to Pokemouche (CDA4) on IFR flight plan with an ETA of 1616Z. No arrival report was received. At 1720Z, communication search was initiated and RCC advised. Pilot was contacted at 1745Z. The aircraft was down and safe at CDA4. It was determined that the pilot neglected to close flight plan upon arrival. Nil TSB.
