Incident at MIRAMICHI NB (CYCH)

Summary

2005-09-26: TSB Update: A05A0128: The solo student pilot of a Cessna 172M, registration C-GTDI advised Moncton Unicom that the aircraft had gone off the runway during landing at Miramichi, and may have struck a runway light. Inspection of the runway found one broken light. The aircraft was inspected, found to be undamaged and serviceable, and was returned to service. The incident was reported to Moncton ACC on September 23. The student has received additional instruction on crosswind landings.
2005-09-26: AT 1321Z GTDI, Cessna 172, landed at Miramichi (CYCH). Pilot advised unicom that the aircraft had gone off the runway during landing and may have struck a runway light. Inspection of the runway found one broken light. Aircraft was inspected by an AME and the aircraft departed at 1422Z. Incident was reported to QM ACC on Sept. 23. TSB advised. TSB Case Closed.
