Incident at Gander Oceanic FIR 48N050W


2005-08-16: C-GHML, Dassault Falcon 900, enroute from White Plains (KHPN) to Faro (LPFR) received and read back an oceanic clearance from Gander ATC for Track Zulu (YYT NOVEP 48N050W 50N040W 51N030W 52N020W LIMRI DOLIP) but failed to comply with clearance. Aircraft reported 48N050W proceeding 47N040W 45N030W as was filed on flight plan. Aircraft subsequently re-cleared by ATC 47N040W 45N030W flight plan route. No loss of separation. Nil TSB
