2005-07-25: The Netjets Aviation Inc, Columbus Ohio, Cessna 560 (EJA640) was enroute from Saint John to Bonaventure. The pilot was given a departure clearance to maintain 17 thousand feet with a restriction ""not above 5000 feet until 30 DME"" The aircraft departed and checked in out of 7700 feet at 15 DME. No loss of separation occurred. Nil TSB
