Incident at FREDERICTON INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (ATM - other)

Summary

2005-07-18: N64194, Cessna 172M enroute from Fredericton (CYFC) to Charlottetown (CYYG) contacted Fredericton Radio to file a flight plan. Advised to contact Halifax Radio on 126.7 to file, and call Fredericton Radio back when he was ready to go. N64194 was observed taxiing across the ramp and out Taxiway Alfa. Attempted to contact aircraft on 119.0 and 121.5, no response. Aircraft taxied past hold short line and continued out Alfa. Aircraft stopped at the edge of the intersection. Called Fredericton Radio advised ready to roll on Rwy 33. Advisory was given and aircraft departed. Nil TSB
