Summary

2005-07-18: TSB Update: A05A0083: ACA894, a Boeing 767-200, was enroute from Shannon to Toronto at FL380 when the crew received a forward cargo door unsecure indication. The flight declared a ""PAN,"" and requested decent to 14000. The flight requested a diversion to Halifax, and the aircraft was cleared as requested. It landed at Halifax without incident at 1744. The forward cargo door was confirmed to be closed on arrival. The foreward cargo latch and hook were replaced as PER AMM 52-33-08.
2005-07-11: ACA894, Boeing 767-200 enroute from Shannon (EINN) to Toronto (CYYZ). Pilot declared ""PAN"" and requested decent to 14,000 ft due to an open forward cargo door indication alarm. The pilot was going to continue on to CYYZ but at 2002Z changed his mind and diverted to Halifax (CYHZ) instead. Aircraft landed without incident at 2044Z. TSB Case Closed.
