Incident at CYD734

2005-05-06: TRLS10 P3 was on an IFR test flight in the Greenwood (CYZX) area CYA752, also known as the Liverpool Block. An adjacent block or Class F airspace CYD734,735,736,737 and 738 was also active. TRLS10 requested permission to maintain a constant heading as the aircraft was crossing from the Liverpool Block to CYR734. The controller believed until the time of the pilot request that the aircraft had approval to operate in CYR734, which was not the case. Moncton ACC and 14 Wing Operations are investigating. TSB Case Closed
