Summary

2005-03-29: C-FFFH PA31 enroute Moncton (CYQM) to Halifax (CYHZ) landed in Halifax and exited in Taxi ""D"". Pilot advised ground they needed ""a minute"". Aircraft reported lost power blocking taxiway. ADM issued NOTAM closing ""D"". At 0056Z, Van 450 advised aircraft had a flat tire. At 0108Z, C-FFFH was removed and ""D"" reopened. TSB Evaluating
2005-03-30: Maintenance and Manufacturing Update: Tire had damage high on the sidewall and a dent in the wheel in same area indicating it may have ran over something during taxi for departure.
