Incident at CHARLOTTETOWN AIRPORT

Summary

2005-03-22: Maintenance and Manufacturing Update: Maintenance found a hole in the sidewall of tube but no matching hole in tire. Assumed that some foreign object had been in tire at assembly had made the hole, but nothing found.
2005-03-14: C-GTRA C172 taxiing via A onto Runway 03 in Charlottetown, advised of a flat tire. Field Maintenance and Flying Club notified. Aircraft pushed off runway 03 onto Taxiway A. Field foreman closed taxiway A until aircraft could be towed to apron, which was done by 1955Z. No operational impact. Nil TSB
