2005-03-10: The American Airlines Boeing 777 (AAL56) was enroute Miami to London when the pilot advised that they have a sick passenger and requested direct KBOS. Aircraft cleared as requested, descended to FL300 and dumped fuel. No other assistance required. BOS advised.
