2005-01-31: The pilot of the Vans RV6A made mandatory call outside zone but did not respond to ground based transmissions. The aircraft continued into the zone continuously transmitting then transmitting blind his intentions while sqawking communications failure code. The aircraft landed without incident at 1909Z on runway 32.
