Incident at Gander Oceanic (ATM - other)
2005-01-31: TAP103 was coordinated with Santa Maria on the aircrafts flight planned route of 43N/30W 47N/40W 47N/50W RONPU COLOR at FL340. For some reason the aircraft received a routing via 42N/30W 46N/40W 47N/50W RONPU COLOR. When the aircraft reported by 42N/30W, estimating 46N/40W, a conformance alert was generated by GAATS indicating the altitude and route were incorrect. The controller detected the incorrect altitude and verified same with Santa Maria, but failed to detect the discrepancy in the route. Santa Maria is filing a report.There was no loss of separation, however safety was not assured.
