Incident at Gander FIR OCA

Summary

2005-01-31: The Iberia Airbus 340-300 (IBE6402) was enroute from Mexico (MMMX) to Madrid (LEMD). The aircraft was cleared by New York 42N060W 44N050W 47N040W but was observed on radar at 4445N052W. Crew advised mistake made programming the FMS, had input 4450N050W instead of 44N050W. Aircraft re-cleared by Gander to 45N050W. There was no loss of separation. There were 4 other similar incidents involving Iberia flights. Two on 13 Jan 05; One on 14 Jan 05 and one on 19 Jan 05.
