Incident at GOOSE BAY NL (CYYR)

Summary

2005-01-26: The Beech 1900 aircraft, C-GLAL, operating as LAL 8323, was on a flight from Blanc Sablon to Goose Bay. After the landing at Goose Bay, it was discovered that the outboard tire and wheel assembly from the right main landing gear was missing. The tire and wheel assembly were subsequently located in Blanc Sablon. An inspection of the landing gear revealed that bearings for the missing tire and wheel assembly had failed. The operator will be submitting and SDR to TC. TSB case closed
