2005-01-26: TGO 859, a Cessna Citation 550, departed Runway 32 in Saint John at 1858. TGO859 did not report clear of the circuit. FSS made approximately 4 calls to the aircraft on the Mandatory Frequency between 1859 and 1900Z, with no reply. At 1902Z TGO859 reported, ""clear of the area at 11 Thousand feet"".
