Summary

2005-01-26: At 2333Z the pilot of KCE4 advised the controller that on two occasions today they had ""just about got ran over by ground vehicles on that service road"" at the IMP Shell entrance. Said first instance a mule proceeding down the service road hit the brakes and did a 360 turn before coming to a stop to avoid collision. The second instance a truck, which the pilot believed belonged to CARA, came down the cargo road at high speed and just avoided the aircraft.
