Incident at LETHBRIDGE AB (CYQL) (ATS operating irregularity)

Summary

2003-09-22: JGO 156, an MD-83, was on an IFR flight plan from Vancouver to Toronto when it penetrated the Class F airspace 33 NM east of Lethbridge established by NOTAM 031026
2003-09-25: UPDATE ANS and Airspace reported that Nav Canada will hold an Operational Safety Review concerning this incident.
2003-10-02: TSB advised that a Jetsgo MD 80 (C-GKLK) operating as JGO 156 was en route from Vancouver to Toronto at FL330. At 33 nautical miles south east of Lethbridge, AB the flight was allowed to penetrate NOTAMed Class F airspace (031026). This airspace was restricted for use by the Calgary Rocketry Association to launch high powered rockets. There was no reported conflict between JGO 156 and any high powered rockets.
