Summary

2003-09-22: The pilots of C-GDCN and N5978, two DHC-2 Beavers, reported final for the water aerodrome south of Churchill Airport. Both pilots were requested to report down safely to FSS. No calls were received and multiple radio and telephone calls elicited no response. With both aircraft in the Alert Phase, YYQ FSS TS was dispatched to confirm that the aircraft were down safely. Both aircraft were subsequently found safe.
