Summary

2003-09-22: UPDATE ANS and Airspace reported that Nav Canada will hold an Operational Safety Investigation concerning this occurrence.
2003-09-18: An ATC Operating Irregularity occurred when Sundance 15, a Slingsby Firefly RF6 on a missed approach to Runway 18 in Winnipeg and C-FYZS, a Pilatus PC-12 on a missed approach to Runway 13 had less than the required separation on the missed approaches. Both a/c were IFR. A preliminary Nav Canada investigation is ongoing.
