Incident at WINNIPEG / JAMES ARMSTRONG RICHARDSON INTL MB (CYWG)
2003-09-18: The crew of PAG 951, a Metro II, rejected their takeoff on Runway 31 at Winnipeg due to an abnormal cockpit indication. No other aircraft were affected. The nature of the problem is not known.
2003-09-22: UPDATE Maintenance and Manufacturing reported that when the crew applied full takeoff power, there was no torque indication on the L/H side, so the takeoff was rejected. The torque indicator circuit breaker was found tripped, so the circuit breaker was re-set, the indicator tested and the aircraft returned for departure.
