Summary

2003-09-16: The pilot of C-GPCZ, a Cessna 172, was doing circuits on Runway 22 at St. Andrews when he advised Tower of a bright light coming from a house off the departure end of the runway. He stated that the light flashes made vision difficult and a runway change might be necessary. The flashes ceased after the radio transmission. The Nav Canada site manager referred the occurrence to Enforcement.
