Incident at REGINA INTL SK (CYQR)

Summary

2003-09-16: UPDATE TSB reported that C-FTWJ (operating as WestJet 467) had departed Regina on a scheduled flight to Calgary. Upon passing 10,000 feet ASL, several circuit breakers behind the First Officer popped out and several associated warning lights illuminated, including the ""#2 gen. Buss off"" light.
