Summary

2003-09-08: The pilot of C-GWPH, a Cessna 182, was heard broadcasting on the MF by Edmonton FSS that he was turning final for the water at Buffalo Narrows. The pilot had not contacted FSS before entering the area as required by CARS for proper advisory. No other traffic within the MF at the time of the occurrence.
