Incident at EDMONTON / VILLENEUVE AB (CZVL) (ATS operating irregularity)


2003-09-08: The driver of Truck 81 was authorized by ATC to use Taxiway B at Villeneuve airport at the same time that the pilot of C-GEZA, an R22 helicopter was authorized for a stop and go on a holding bay at the the far end of the taxiway.
2003-09-09: UPDATE ANS and Airspace reported that Nav Canada will convene an Operational Safety Investigation concerning this occurrence.
