Summary

2003-09-02: The Tulita CARS O/C observed a low flying aircraft overhead the airport. No contact had been established with the CARS O/C. It was determined that the a/c was DEMON 13, a military Lockheed Aurora, which contacted Norman Wells FSS shortly afterwards.
