Incident at WESTLOCK AB (CES4)

Summary

2003-08-26: SARSAT formed a case north of Edmonton where an activated ELT was sending out a signal. CASARA was tasked and personnel homed the signal to C-FSKU, a parked Beech Musketeer at the Westlock airport. The ELT apparently had recently undergone maintenance and was thought to have a faulty on/off switch.
