Summary

2003-08-18: WJA 113, a B737, struck a small hawk on rotation on Runway 31 at Winnipeg. The aircrew was advised but they reported no damage. No other aircraft were inconvenienced.
2003-11-05: UPDATE Aerodrome Safety reported that Winnipeg Airport Authority has an ongoing wildlife control program. The bird was identified as an American Kestrel Hawk.
