Incident at PORTAGE LA PRAIRIE / SOUTHPORT MB (CYPG)

Summary

2003-08-13: During night flying at Southport, the crew of Mustang 80, a Beech King Air 90, reported seeing an engine access panel lying on Runway 13R. Two other a/c in the circuit were advised and switched to Runway 19. The firehall was contacted and staff recovered the panel and checked the runway for additional FOD. Field Services advised that the panel was from Mustang 87, another King Air, C-GMBZ.
